• In Year 5, we work hard and always strive to do our very best. We like to challenge ourselves as this helps us to build up our resilience and self-belief and we will always support and encourage each other, using our own unique skills and abilities to help our friends in any way we can.

This half term, our PE lessons are on a WEDNESDAY. Please come to school wearing your full PE kit on this day.

Reading

Please encourage your child to read every night for around 5-10 minutes. Reading with your child will help them to develop a confidence and life-long love of reading as well as going a long way to removing this as a potential barrier to their learning.

We use Oxford Owl and Oxford Reading Buddy as our online reading platforms.
